This story examined the local impact of recently imposed tariffs, featuring interviews with local store owners and U.S. Congressman Joe Neguse. I scripted, shot, edited, and conducted interviews for the piece. It won second place in Community News at the 2024–25 CSMA Best of Colorado awards 

Rock Creek Curling Club hosted the U.S. Junior National Curling Championships, and this story explored the club's role in bringing the event to the community. I conducted interviews, scripted, shot, edited, and curled for the piece. It won first place in Community News at the 2025–26 CSMA Best of Colorado awards. 

This story spotlighted local high school students running photography-focused Instagram accounts, exploring how they've built an audience for their work. I edited, scripted, shot, and conducted interviews for the piece, which reached 127,000 views on Instagram. 

This story investigated a fireworks incident in a school bathroom and the questions it raised about safety and emergency preparedness. I scripted, shot, edited, and conducted interviews for the piece, and worked through official channels to request incident records from local police for the story's research. It won first place in News Writing at the 2024–25 CSMA Best of Colorado awards.
